Returns Policy

At Jolie Jewels we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, quality pieces, though if you are unhappy with your purchase Jolie Jewels will happily help by providing you with a store credit given the below requirements are met:

– The item must be unworn and still in brand new condition with no scratches.

– Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a store credit.

– Returns must be returned in original condition inside the original packaging.

Jolie Jewels does not accept returns on:

– Earrings or earring accessories due to hygiene reasons

– Sale items

To lodge a return please email: info@joliejewels.com.au to be sent the return form and return address.

Jolie Jewels does not offer free return shipping if you choose to return an item, it is the customers responsibility to cover this cost. It is recommended that jewellery is returned via a traceable method. Jolie Jewels are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned.

Jolie Jewels reserves the right to deny a return if the items returned appear used, worn, damaged or scratched. If this is the case the customer will need to pay a shipping fee to have the jewellery returned.

All returns take approximately 2-3 business days to be processed once received by our warehouse. Please allow extra time during seasonal and promotional sale periods.

Once a return has been processed you will be emailed a store credit in the form of a gift card/code. The customer has 6 months to use the store credit before it expires.
